win2 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Players

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing win2 at win2.fun, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager through the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. 3. Account Registration and Verification

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on win2. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using another person's details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

win2 conducts identity verification (KYC) as a condition of processing withdrawals and in other circumstances where verification is required. You may be asked to submit a government-issued identification document and proof of address. Account functionality, including the ability to withdraw funds, may be limited until KYC is completed.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not share your account access with any other person.
• Any activity carried out through your account is your responsibility, whether authorised by you or not.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed through win2 — whether on sports, live casino games, fish games, slots, or any other available category — are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market, as displayed within the platform at the time of play.

A bet is considered confirmed and binding once it has been accepted by the platform and a confirmation reference has been issued. win2 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except in limited circumstances, such as a clearly evident technical or pricing error on our side.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet type and market, as shown on the bet slip.
• Odds and game parameters are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed.

• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit technical errors, or use automated scripts or bots.

• Sharing account access or placing bets on behalf of another person through your account.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage, or similar activity that exploits promotional terms in bad faith.

win2 uses monitoring systems to detect unusual account activity. If flagged activity is identified, we may freeze the account and request additional verification. Cooperation with win2's investigation process is required to restore account access.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

win2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Suspected fraud, irregular activity, or involvement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Account inactivity for an extended period — you will be notified in advance if a dormancy policy applies to your account.
• At the player's own request as part of a self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.

If your account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these terms, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via a supported payment method after any outstanding verification requirements have been met.
